1. Agreement to Terms

4. Cadastral Surveying Services

Dynamic Surveying Solutions PTY LTD is not a registered cadastral surveyor and does not perform cadastral surveys. Any references to cadastral surveying services on this Website, including boundary surveys, identification surveys, and related cadastral activities, refer to services that are provided exclusively through our network of licensed cadastral surveyors in accordance with the Surveyors Act 2003.

Dynamic Surveying Solutions PTY LTD acts solely as an unpaid referral service for these specialised surveys and receives no compensation for these referrals. All cadastral services must be contracted and paid for directly with the licensed cadastral surveyor.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Surveyors Brisbane or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Website, even if Surveyors Brisbane or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
