An options analysis for the larger upgrade is still running.

Work like that is survey heavy from start to finish, because anchor positions, monolith geometry and spillway levels all have to be measured and then monitored over time. Lake levels, access roads and recreation areas can shift through the project, so it pays to know exactly where a property sits against the lake and its buffer before planning anything close to it.
