On the Sandstone Point side that also means widening Caboolture-Bribie Island Road to four lanes between Bestmann Road East and Benabrow Avenue, plus new traffic signals at the Sandstone Point Hotel access.

The wider road program has already duplicated Caboolture-Bribie Island Road from Old Toorbul Point Road to just east of Saint Road.
